The Bluemooov website can be accessed at the following address: bluemooov.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). Access to and use of the Site are subject to the present legal notice detailed below as well as to applicable laws and/or regulations
Users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) are all natural or legal persons who browse, read, view and use the Bluemooov Site.
Connection, use and access to the Site imply the User’s full acceptance of all the provisions herein.
Bluemooov reserves the right to modify this legal notice at any time and without prior notice. The user undertakes to consult them each time he/she connects to the Site.

2. Accessibility

In principle, the Site is accessible to users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of interruption, whether scheduled or not, for maintenance purposes or in cases of force majeure.

In the event that access to the site is not possible, Bluemooov undertakes to do its utmost to restore access. The Site shall not be held responsible for any damage of any kind resulting from its unavailability.

3. Intellectual property and counterfeiting

In application of the law of 11 March 1957 (art. 41) and the intellectual property code of 1 July 1992, all the texts, illustrations, photographs, plans, drawings, animations, videos, sounds and contents of the Site may not be used, published, adapted, taken up or reproduced without the prior written authorisation of the publisher.

Any dispute in connection with the use of the Site is subject to French law, and the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
